We are registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and work closely with Social Services Departments and health professionals to ensure we offer high-quality, compliant care.
Our support staff are there to keep our policies and procedures efficient and working well. This allows us to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, and we are often able to start work for a client within 24 – 48 hours of being asked.
We know that when our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.
Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and yearly updates in specialist fields.
